Ethical Property welcome New Chair Mark Hannam onto their Board

It is with great fondness and gratitude that we say goodbye (for a second time) to Sam Clarke. Sam re-joined the Board in 2018, and as Chair has guided us through a period of transformation and the difficulties that the pandemic caused our industry. Although we knew Sam’s intention was to only return to the Board for this short time, his wisdom and guidance will be greatly missed.
Sustainability Strategy with our pathway to Net Zero

The climate crisis is one of the biggest challenges we face today. We all have something at stake, and we all have a part to play. We are pleased to announce the publication of our Sustainability Strategy with our pathway to Net Zero.
Our 2022 AGM took place on Wednesday 30th March online, as per the previous two AGMs, votes were cast via proxy and postal voting and the results are listed here
Mark is Chair of the Board of Internews Europe, a charity that supports independent media organizations in over one hundred countries around the world to provide trustworthy news and information. He is also a Board member of Gateway Housing Association, based in East London. Formerly, he was Chair of the Board at Fair Finance and Deputy Chair of the Board at the University of East London.
