It is with a mix of sadness and thanks that the Board of Directors announces Nina Alphey’s departure as a non-Executive Director of the Ethical Property Board. Nina’s background as a mathematical ecologist and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales proved to be invaluable to the Board and the Senior Management Team. As Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee her knowledge and enthusiasm led to many positive changes including establishing separate audits for our Environmental and Social Impact.
We would like to take this opportunity the thank Nina for her dedication and support, and she will be greatly missed.
