Over the next three years, we will be reviewing our property portfolio, modernising the way we operate, and building new partnerships with organisations that share our mission and values. We need a leader who can steer this work with clarity and creativity, shaping the company’s future direction and unlocking its potential.

You’ll also join a team of passionate, dedicated staff who care deeply about what we do. Your leadership will help us invest in our people, strengthen our culture, and build an organisation where everyone can flourish.
We’re looking for someone who can balance purpose with commercial acumen, guiding the business through a period of financial restructure while ensuring Ethical Property remains strong, sustainable, and ready for growth.
