As Finance Director, you'll join our Senior Management Team and play a central role in the future of the organisation. More Than Managing the Numbers
Of course, strong financial stewardship is at the heart of the role.
You'll lead financial strategy, planning, forecasting and reporting across the business, while ensuring robust governance and long-term sustainability. You'll oversee treasury management, debt strategy, investment analysis and capital raising, helping us make informed decisions that support both growth and impact.

You'll be a trusted adviser to the Chief Executive and Board, helping guide organisational strategy and investment decisions. You'll build strong relationships with lenders, investors and external stakeholders, while leading and developing a talented finance team.

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a strategic finance leader who combines commercial expertise with a commitment to positive social change.
You'll be professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and bring significant senior finance leadership experience. You'll be comfortable operating at Board level, providing clear advice and insight to senior stakeholders, and you'll have a strong track record in areas such as financial planning, treasury management, funding and investment.
Most importantly, you'll understand that financial performance can be a powerful tool for achieving wider social and environmental goals.
Experience within property, social enterprise, impact investment or asset-backed businesses would be highly valued, but we're equally interested in hearing from talented leaders who are excited by our mission and can bring fresh perspectives to our organisation.
