After careful consideration, the Board concluded that Jonathan's combination of leadership experience, strategic vision, and deep commitment to our mission made him the outstanding choice.

Jonathan has a strong background in leadership and transformation experience across a wide range of sectors, including housing, health, the public sector, telecommunications, financial services and consultancy. Throughout his career he has successfully led complex change programmes, improved organisational performance, strengthened customer services and delivered significant operational improvements while maintaining a strong focus on people, culture and values.
What makes this appointment particularly special is Jonathan's long-standing connection with Ethical Property. Having first joined the company ten years ago, he has played a significant role in shaping our success and growth. During that time, he has earned the trust and respect of colleagues, tenants, partners and stakeholders through his collaborative leadership style and unwavering commitment to our social purpose.
His expertise spans organisational development, strategy, governance, customer experience, service improvement and change leadership. Alongside his executive experience, he also serves as a Non-Executive Board Member of the Social Justice and Human Rights Centre, reflecting his dedication to creating positive social impact beyond the workplace.
