About us
Our vision is to become the go-to place for changemakers – tenants, investors, partners, and staff. We believe that property should be used in the best interests of society, the planet, and the economy. By bringing impactful organisations, staff, and tenants together we have shown that real change can happen. As one of the UKs largest social enterprises and we provide space for some amazing changemakers in 9 cities via our impactful centres.
The Role
Working with the Sales Manager (line manager for this role), you will be involved in all aspects of space filling. No two days are the same - as the initial point of contact for new enquiries, you’ll build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and convey the benefits of being an Ethical Property tenant. You’ll be sending information, arranging viewings, and following through all aspects of that customer journey to its successful conclusion, collaborating with regional colleagues along the way. You may be negotiating prices or lease terms, nurturing leads or finding new ones, keeping our website and online listings up to date, assisting with space promotion events and activities, and ensuring our CMS and internal record-keeping is accurate. The role also involves close collaboration with our Operations and Marketing teams, and routine administrative tasks. Occasional travel to our centres may be required.
The Person
Although previous sales experience would be desirable, new graduates and those from other backgrounds are also encouraged to apply. We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual who shares our values to work for one of the UK’s leading social impact businesses. This is a busy, demanding and ‘hands-on’ role that will require someone who is organised, proactive, enthusiastic, confident and a problem solver. You will need previous experience of working in a similar role - for example as sales administrator.
