The Role
The Assistant Property Manager supports the Centre Manager, who is responsible for the day-to-day management of Green Park Station, under the overall supervision of the Regional Manager for the Southwest. The Assistant Property Manager will be expected to contribute to the running of the centre as a whole.
The Person
We are looking for a capable and enthusiastic individual who shares our values to work for one of the UK’s leading social impact businesses. This is a busy, demanding and ‘hands-on’ role that will require someone who is organised, proactive, enthusiastic, confident and a problem solver. You will need previous experience of working in a similar role - for example as a maintenance officer in the public or private property sector, or a school caretaker.
Contract Details
Salary: From £24,000 to £26,000 per annum (gross) depending on skills and experience
Contract: Permanent contract
Start date: ASAP
Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday - between the hours of 9am – 6pm, Occasional work at weekends/evenings
Location: Bath - Green Park Station (BA1 1JB)
